Tracks events in Ticket Remedy System and receive, analyze and resolve problems within wireless network Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices managing the website and keeping internal networks running; 4. Maintains networks data integrity and security by evaluating and implementing appropriate network solutions like Using sECURE cOPY pROTOCOL AND Secure File Transfer Protocol to copy files safely managing email, anti-spam and virus protection;setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam. 5. Supports and maintains user accounts, including, rights, security, and systems groups. Provides primary Interact with Customer Service Centers, Network Management Centers, Account Teams and Customers to facilitate repair of faults in the network within established baseline objective technical support to employees. 6. Coordinates installation of router, switches, proxy servers and other networking devices Install coaxial cable, fiber optic cable and related electronic components. 7. Maintain central office by monitoring, installing and repairing all digital/ analog equipment such as switching, carrier system, high speed internet, ISDN, fiber optics and data circuits by using technical meters such as transmission test sets, volt/ohm meters, TDR and FLUKE -Network LAN Analyzer. 3.Install coaxial cable, fiber optic cable and related electronic components. Ensures the subscribers digital connection(internet) is secured and free from nuisance or malicious threats including spam mail, viruses and spyware. Discretely and diplomatically resolve issues with customers via telephone, email and chat while respecting both customer and company privacy.
