Daily Duties at International Business Machine:
Performed IPs’s and shutdown hardware systems (3090s ES9000, T1 carriers, modems, DASD, LAN, 3490’s, 3494’s, 3590’s, 3370’s). Monitor the system using MVS commands. Identify software problems and implement recovery procedures using SQL. Ensure accurate data was available for support to assist in problem resolution. Document all problems and information, and developed Root Cause Analysis.
