Daily Duties at Alcal Arcade, Inc:
Main point of contact for all clients for firestopping, acoustical, seismic and architectural. Responsible for division marketing of company, design of division specific brochures and forms, brand identity continuance, lead generation, complete estimates and estimate reviews by subordinates, sales, client negotiations, contract customization, specification and job book creation and form creation as well as site inspections, coordination between trades, presentations to clients, OSHPD, LAUSD, city, state & military inspections. Architectural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, acoustical and structural systems knowledge essential.
