Daily Duties at Trammell Crow Company (Now Cbre):
• Assist Program Manager and Project Managers with projects and renovations while maintaining and updating databases • Solicit, prepare, and obtain proposals from suppliers/vendors for various projects in conjunction with Project Managers • Conduct punch lists after project/renovation has been completed; create and maintain documentation of punch lists, data, etc. & coordinate and communicate information flow and reporting of specific tasks from Project Managers and project staff while also tracking project activities and progress
