Daily Duties at Altman Charter Company:

• Consult w/ Owner, Architects/Engineers, and subcontractors on project, provide on-site/field management & office procurement/management of subcontractors and suppliers, responsible for being point of contact for all members of project team • Develop and present opportunities, review & analyze plans and drawings for bidding, contract negotiating and implementation, and construction purposes, review of shop drawings/submittals of construction materials/supplies, provide monthly and quarterly reports of projects for financial purposes, provide/establish project schedules, and ensure quality standards are met by subcontractors for Owner approval • Participate in Owner review meetings, Architect/Engineer meetings, and subcontractor meetings to actively be engaged in all aspects related to the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality
