Daily Duties at Arc Management Llc:
• Provide direction to all members of project team including Architects/Engineers/Interior Designers/Contractors, provide on-site/field management & office procurement/management of subcontractors and suppliers • Provide project definition and scope of work, review & analyze plans and drawings for RFP & RFI process, contract negotiating and implementation, review invoicing/change order implementation for construction purposes, provide regular reports of projects for status/financial purposes, provide/establish project schedules, and ensure quality standards are met by subcontractors while overseeing project/work • Conduct pre-construction meetings with Architect/Engineer/Interior Designer/Contractor(s), manage personnel, contractors, and resources throughout project life cycle in all aspects related to the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality
