Daily Duties at Strategic Protection Corporation:

I have designed the compliance manual for SPC and oversee all imports and exports for the parent company, ensuring compliance with International Trade in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations. I successfully perform all duties with respect to Department of Defense, Bureau of Industry and Security filings, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms filings, etc. I aid management in the negotiation of all government contracts and collateral federal acquisition regulations, jurisdiction requests and all corporate legal matters.
