Daily Duties at Att:
Sr. Lead in the Prepaid Production Support Team; perform root cause analysis and take corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional groups including prepaid vendors, Ericsson, AT&T Engineering, Product Realization, MSC vendors, HLR Support, Customer Care/Technical Support groups, and Sales channels to resolve high level issues. • Collaborate with SwitchControl, Atlas, CSI, Payment Broker, IDB and Ericsson to resolve Prepaid provisioning issues. • Liaise with AT&T Engineering, MSC Vendors, and Ericsson Prepaid Engineers to resolve issues relating to Prepaid services; IVR, 611, USSD, VM, RANS, Fast Busy, Fraud Calls, PIN Issues, Data issues, etc. • Function as the Prepaid Production Team’s representative for weekly conference calls with Ericsson, AT&T PMO, Customer Service and Marketing to discuss key issues, system releases and enhancements. • Manage the updating LAC/cellids, NPA/NXX, LRNs, MSC;E164s and VM pilot numbers to ensure correct billing on the Prepaid platform. • Reviewed reports to ensure reporting data, layout/format, field mapping and findings are consistent with specifications outlined by AT&T requirements. • Conducted tests to ensure Rate Plan/Feature functionality and billing accuracy. • Worked on issues reported by quality control or from customer complaints.
