Daily Duties at Kb Toys:
Directed field organization of 1229 stores and 1.2 billion in sales. Responsible for sales, profits, customer service, communication, payroll, policy and procedure, shrinkage, store openings, closings and remodels. Directed field staff of 14 Regional managers, 120 District Managers in addition to a full corporate support staff. Chaired and served on several committees i.e. Workload Simplification, Marketing/Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Payroll, Store Design and Policy and Procedure. Instrumental in the opening of ToyWorks and PlayThings as well as the acquisitions of several major toy chains. Monitored store operations and kept field management focused on achieving corporate goals and objectives
