Daily Duties at All For A Dollar:
Responsible for sales, profit and loss, merchandise presentation, replenishment, marketing, field personnel, store openings and remodels. Established replenishment department with OTB (open to buy), order review process, push and pull guidelines, and plan for product placement. Directed field staff of 336 stores, 15 area managers and 1 regional manager.
