Daily Duties at Vail Resorts, Inc.:

Started off as a part time job in high school. I did it occasionally during holidays and while in college. Then after college i became the supervisor of guest relations. We made sure that all the guests were satisfied or needed anything when arriving at the mountain to ski. I managed 6 employees. i delegated responsibility and daily tasks to my team. i supervised and made sure that employees were on task and doing everything they could to make the guests happy. scheduled and disciplined employees. communicated employees job expectations. enforced job policies and procedures to employees. drafted ways to achieve customer services goals and executed them. resolved employee problems and guest problems/issues. identified customer trends through out the winter season. determined customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
