Daily Duties at Sweet Pea Designs, Inc.:

i was hired to be a delivery driver. over time i learned the most of the business. i began to do many of the daily tasks: flower arrangement designer, delivery driver, IT support (i basically taught 3 employees how to use microsoft office, internet use, upload/download files/pictures, computer interface and userability), billing (paid bills), social media marketing (started a facebook page for the company and uploaded pictures to keep the website page current), website support (uploaded pictures and kept the company webpage current and user friendly). trained delivery drivers which routes to take to be the most time and gas efficient. took inventory and kept files of customers and suppliers. oversaw other employees work/flower designing. delegated responsibilities to employees during large wedding or function setup
