Daily Duties at Raymond James Financial Services:

I assist 5 financial advisors on a daily basis in four different locations; 2 in the branch that I physically work at, and 3 other financial advisors at 3 separate satellite branches in Georgia. - Process accounts payable/accounts receivable for all employees (6 total). - Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with branch manager and financial advisors - Track and record client correspondence in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software - Interface with Broker-Dealer to service client investment accounts - provide excellent customer service support for client inquiries and investment account needs -Fulfill investment account requests of our clients such as RMD’s, distributions, new accounts, beneficiary designation and other essential functions - Scan and update all client files (over 800 accounts within the 3 offices). - Maintain and order office supplies - Answer phone and handle daily operational tasks - Set appointments & assist Advisors with calendar including travel arrangements - Sort & distribute all mail, emails and faxes - Maintain office filing system - Follow-up on pending business with clients & companies -Follow-up on pending service work and call clients with updates -Record notes from client conversations -Open all new accounts and process new account forms. - update client information in Morningstar software.
