Daily Duties at E M Ds :
-Analyze EDI .837, .835, .270, .271 files for errors and verify compliance of ANSI specifications -Test, document and escalate issues with the each version of the software and ANSI 5010 conversion -Assist clients with utilizing e-MDs EHR and Practice Management software, specializing in EDI claim submissions, electronic remittance and electronic eligibility verification -Provide problem solving assistance, including corresponding with clearinghouse and payers -Created and implemented program to monitor and assist clinics with improving claim acceptance rate, average acceptance increase of 16.17% in Q4, 2011 -Train clients on preferred work flow and optimum operation of all software applications from implementation phase through experienced level -Write instructional guides to assist clients with successful use of software and claim filing -Maintain accurate communication and documentation of all interaction with clients -Conduct staff training sessions and customer webinars
