• Developed and coordinated successful events for 30 to 1,300 attendees • Coordinated all vendors to include design, AV, location and entertainment • Managed pre-event and on-site coordination to ensure logistics, inclusive of catering, design elements, and lighting • Worked with cross functional teams for set-ups, strikes and resets within venues • Responsible for project details to ensure accurate event completion within schedule and budget • Generate, route and track project purchase orders
