Daily Duties at Tutor Time:

Director of the elementary school, k-4th grade, staff and support staff. Devised and oversaw curriculum and asssessments, trained staff and completed orientation of new staff. Director of tutoring department in the evenings. Evaluated students and compiled programs of work to facilitate their learning needs. Visited schools in the area to link tutoring with classroom needs. Communicated regularly with tutors and parents to ensure student progress.
