Daily Duties at Bright Horizons:
Administration. Coordinated all classroom staff, support staff in matters of curriculum, policy, and assessments. Ensured a healthy and safe environment, overseeing food orders, storage, preparation of snack and allergy tracking. Administrator for cleaning and maintenance staff. Helped with marketing through organizing seasonal special events, completing tours with new families, and enrolment. Responsible for summer camp; planned themes, lessons, field trips, and visitors to the center. Handled parent complaints and customer satisfaction.
