Managed medical operations, regulatory compliance, and delivery of are for the Corrections Department's flagship medical facility servicing 150 patients daily in clinics. The facility was comprised of primary/specialty care clinics, a dialysis unit accommodating 15 patients, a 25-bed accredited hospital, emergency department, ambulance service, outpatient surgical suite, 150-bed psychiatric treatment center, 130-bed high-security ward, and a 58-bed licensed skilled nursing facility. Controlled an operating budget of $25M; supervised seven director-level reports with indirect oversight for 150+ physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and ancillary staff.
