Drove all aspects of planning and creation, including site due diligence/selection, design/build-out, staffing, equipment purchasing as well as development of policies/procedures, billing practices, schedule templates, production forecasts/models, patient care protocols, and compliance measures. Managed total operations, profit & loss, and operating/capital budgets of $2M Recruited, selected, hired and trained 12 key employees.
