Daily Duties at Sandton Designs, Inc:
As President of this company, I was focused mainly on Brand building and new account opportunities. Now with three offices, and lots of endless travel, I had to build a strong team from within. Top GM's were put into place at all three locations and a supporting management team and sales staff. Customer relations were now key and attending Trade shows, events, sales and marketing events nationwide was key, to the stability of the company. Financial planning was overviewed constantly in liaison with Taipei as it was the Asian financial hub that supported China operations. Overall company operations and strong Rep building was important to maintain and control all business opportunities
