Daily Duties at Decisions Systems Technology Group, Inc.:
As a Team Leader on the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Help Desk, I provided technical assistance for the NAVAIR community, answered questions regarding printer connections, the Pathworks servers, DOS 6.2 and the Apple Macintosh PC. Responsible for training new phone technicians and generating monthly status reports for the Program Manager, as well as operating the Help Desk Expert Automation Tool (HEAT) Server.
