Independently advise owners in manufacturing, retail, development, construction and banking industries regarding risk management, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Represent lending institutions in foreclosures, redemption period reductions and lift-stay motions. Represent unsecured creditors in pre and post-judgment collection actions. Advise businesses on Form I-9 Compliance and Audits, and prepare petitions for foreign workers and managers. Extensive experience drafting pleadings, motion practice, arbitration hearings, administrative hearings, trials and appeals. Review, negotiate and draft contracts. Advise and structure business to allocate risk and protect assets by using multi-layered corporate entities. Structure complex construction projects in multiple jurisdictions. Advise and structure joint venture agreements. Actively service client base of over 50 businesses. Manage case-load of 125 open litigation files including complex, multi-party litigation.
