Daily Duties at Tyson Foods :
Assisted in the preparation of Tyson Foods chicken products. Duties included transport of packaged, unprepared chicken, offloading of chicken onto production line and cutting of chicken wings and legs for separate packaging. Occasionally provided backup assistance in quality control of specialized delicacy items including chicken wings. *Note* This was a position I held while I lived in Arkansas for the purpose of exploring my father's family heritage in greater detail. I conducted on site family history research for my masters degree offered through Naropa University.
