Service Manager , Managed wait staff by hiring and retaining quality employees,and to have ongoing training in wine and food pairing as well as energetic coaching for higher customer satisfaction and a better overall dining experience. with Culinary Manager, Managed all aspects of BOH operations including but not limited to planning and preparation and delivery of hot food. Selecting training and retaining highly skilled culinary employees, along with proper food safety and sanitation skills.
