Hands-on Leader of Team that defined and implemented, on-time, and within-budget, 3 Security Services, based on ITIL, CoBIT, and ISO Standards; Created business requirements, coordinated stakeholder needs, created processes, wrote security standards / policies to support security services: • Vendor Security Management – defined security service to assess the security programs of thousands of SaaS vendors to which PG&E sends sensitive data; report resulting security vulnerabilities; manage mitigation efforts of SaaS vendors to meet PG&E, state, and federal requirements • Penetration Testing Project Management – defined security service to advise IT teams on securely delivering more than 60 IT projects per year; worked with Project Management Teams on project delivery methodology placement of security services and checks; Schedule penetration tests; report findings to management; manage mitigation efforts with IT Teams; Projects were 85% application focused, 15% infrastructure focused. • Firewall Change Control Risk Assessment – defined security service to assess the risk of opening connection flows between end-points, within PG&E, and from and to outside businesses to PG&E
