Reported directly to Senior Partners and Office Manager Responsible for: Word Processing, Processing Applications for Payment, Assisting in processing Time Cards, Tracking and documenting Consultant Invoice Approval, Office Invoice Control, Assisting in marketing efforts, Ordering Office Supplies, Distribution of Office Policies, Updates and Information, Making Travel Arrangements, Ensuring Equipment Maintenance, and Covered Receptionist duties such as Answering and Directing incoming calls; Assisting visitors; Coordinating meetings/appointments; Setting up and maintaining project files; Sending/receiving/distributing facsimiles, mail and packages; Maintaining in-house phone list and client/consultant directory.
