Daily Duties at The Athens Group:
Reported directly to Vice Presidents, Chief Financial Officer and Controller Assisted in Accounting Duties such as Production and Distribution of monthly Draws, Inputting invoices for A/P purposes, and Producing Expense Reports. Responsible for: Creating and Maintaining Database of Competitive Hotel Information, Production and Distribution of Marketing Materials, Administrative duties such as Word Processing, Making Travel Arrangements, Filing, Ordering Office Supplies and Scheduling.
