Daily Duties at Post Graduate Center For Mental Health:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide counseling and crisis intervention to residents as required. Maintain the facility in a safe and secure manner during assigned shift. Supervise dispensing of medications. Interact with clients. Answer Residence telephone and take messages when necessary. Give out PNA. Maintain accurate and timely records of client contacts and results as required. Document significant events in the program log and crisis calls on the appropriate forms in a timely manner. SKILLS: Excellent counseling skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to resident client base. Well organized. Able to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
