Daily Duties at Us Army:
• Steadily progressed within the Special Forces to attain role as Senior Company Advisor/ Master Trainer and Instructor, responsible for managing $60k monthly budgets and training thousands of personnel in company operations, training and labor relations, medical procedures, firearms, and small unit tactics • Developed curriculum, plan of instruction, method of instruction, training systems, and training schedules for all areas of instruction; additionally coordinated all logistics for training • Trained and led 6-member interdisciplinary Train the Trainer team, as well as 4 local national instructors, all responsible for teaching groups of 5-12 people and then supervise those personnel in training the next group; conducted 6-8 week rotations until larger groups were fully trained over total cycle time of 6-8 months • As the sole project manager for Afghanistan training program, worked closely with interpreters and foreign nationals to achieve large-scale sustainability goals for foreign internal defense operations; assumed numerous additional responsibilities in a high-stress, deadline-driven environment with minimal resources • Completed substantive training and served as a medic for the Green Berets; maintained responsibility for 15,000 patients annually while conducting medical training for instructors • Deployed multiple times to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Southeast Asia
