• Served as a District Training Supervisor managing activities of five engineers/instructors • Utilized controls engineering background to instruct customer courses on PLC programming and maintenance, HMI, networks • Consulted with customers concerning individualized applications and program development in multiple industries. • Accountable for programmable controllers, networks and supervisory controllers, SCADA systems. • Provided customer programming assistance on PLC programming, embedded into one larger customer offered floor level support on programming and electrical panels. • Led standardization of company’s PLC controllers from competitive controller at several large user customers; brought new controllers to users and OEMs.
