Daily Duties at Elizabeth Public Library:
Accountable for managing HR for the library, overseeing office operations, supervising staff, maintaining records/files, and assembling/evaluating information for projects. Prepares and files paperwork regarding all Federal Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests, along with any other leave requests, as well with helping formulate policies for such leave. Files paperwork with various state agencies (pensions, health insurance, etc.) and formulates policies concerning document disposal for the library per State of New Jersey requirements.
