Daily Duties at Saic/Walter Reed:
Coordinated Training with Web Services Department heads within a healthcare environment to assess Microsoft Share Point departmental training needs, and objectives. Created, administered, analyzed, and report on Military Civilian personnel needs assessments and skills assessments. Developed and coordinated an overall MS SharePoint applications training curriculum for end users of all Levels within the Northern Region. Designed, developed, and delivered software applications training programs and individual classes. Presented instructor-led training sessions weekly within a class room setting. Developed and delivered new courses for new and existing software applications, including all course materials, exercises, and skills evaluations. Reviewed training materials and documentation and keep them up to date. Created and communicated training schedules in consultation with Web Services decision makers. Established and maintained database to track training participants’ status and results. Created and administered training event feedback mechanisms. Analyzed results, made recommendations for training improvement, and integrate changes in curriculum and/or courses. Created and maintained department portal pages using Share Point Portal Server 2007. Assist end users to developed and maintained their department/division web pages
