Directed collaborative efforts among general contractor, subcontractor, owner, end users, building officials, and design/engineering firms to develop, engineer, construct, and complete million-dollar structures. Planned meetings with all stakeholders to prepare budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Supervised large teams of personnel by delegating tasks and maintaining top-notch organization throughout the entire project life cycle. Leveraged advanced knowledge of architecture, regulations, and inspection to become the “go-to” person for resolving issues, redrawing plans, and making decisions.
