Daily Duties at At&T:

 Responsible for providing procurement, asset management consultation, and recommendations to AT&T internal clients.  Interfaced with external suppliers, Desktop Central, PDS, and PNCS technicians.  Provided Hardware and Software technical analysis. Assisted Premise and Desktop Services nationwide call centers for AT&T employees.  Assisted employees with procurement process by providing consultation to identify client needs and determine solutions.  Implemented order placement, schedule installation and provide follow up to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction.  Knowledge of AT&T FA compliance standards, BU profiles and AT&T / Supplier software license agreements. Required knowledge of Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Dell and Toshiba manufacturer's products and accessories, various software platforms, AT&T Foundation Architecture specifications, Y2K compliance and implementation.
