Daily Duties at Pds Tech Servces:
Support the Secure Border Initiative (SBInet) 24/7/365 call center and use the historical database to diagnose, identify, isolate and analyze technical problems by telephone in support of SBInet hardware, software, network and telecommunications systems. When necessary, dispatch field service technicians and vendors/suppliers for required repair, removal, and replacement activities. Work with NOC/SOC Operations and site system administrators for fault isolation and recovery actions.
