Completed educational evaluations annually in 100% compliance with federal timelines. • Analyzed District level achievement data to identify performance deficits and apply problem solving and research proven practices to improve learning outcomes. • Facilitated conflict resolution between parents and school staff regarding educational programing and compliance with Section 504 /Special Education Law. • Designed, developed and implemented behavior plans to improve student behavior and learning outcomes. • Mentor of novice psychologists. • Developed, designed and implemented training programs for administrators, support staff and teachers regarding educational laws and how to align their practices for compliance. • Co-chaired two committees that provide interventions for students with behavior and academic needs. • Worked as a consultant to the teachers, administrators and added personnel on educational, behavioral, and emotional issues. • Developed a new screening plan for gifted assessment, leading to 20% increase in identification of gifted students.
