Enhanced each company’s growth, brand, focus, marketing, sales, operations and partner strategies Implemented “Level Up” program at n|Frame, resulting in significant sales and operating improvements Helped Forsythe, Perficient and Logicalis improve talent delivery, for increased billings and margins Renovated PinPoint and TechTrades, and launched TLX - resulting in 50%+ increase in YoY profits Established and managed Ambassador’s Technology Investments; allocated $15M of $140M fund Upgraded CareerScribe’s marketing, sales and revenue model; secured new partnerships and funding Grew iRecord sales, resellers and market share; significantly increased margin and profit dollars Improved DreamTrust’s productivity by 35% and decreased costs by 25%, while enhancing quality Positioned each company for operational excellence, product superiority and profitable growth
