•Enterprise owner for supply chain and fulfillment of all products for TWC’s Mobile Internet product which includes support for shipments directly to End Customer and stocking in 160+ Company Owned Retail locations. •Managed project for implementation of complimentary accounts program by gathering requirements from Region Management, Accounting, Revenue Operations and Billing Systems and writing of the specifications that successfully delivered necessary change in a manageable way. •Managed various vendors which support 3PL, Insurance and Rebate offerings, by managing daily operations, performing quarterly business reviews and ensuring continuous improvements to SLAs.
