Established a grew a start up company to exceed all expectations by working 12 to 14 hour days until monthly goals were achieved. Generated over 15,000 client data base & grew to over $400,000 a year in revenues. Directed all aspects of increasing and maintaining a business including marketing, advertising, special events and shows, accounting, purchasing, licensing, taxes, payroll, human resources. Grew sales by instituting a strong customer service focus, implementing aggressive marketing initiatives and winning business from competitors. Continuous coaching and training for licensed commissioned professionals.
