Directed 9 member staff responsible for print production of AARP membership offers targeted to the diverse the U.S. "baby boomers" market including the newly 50, more senior in age, Latino and African Americans. Monthly mail plans included tremendous volume, massive budgets and complex learning agenda. Utilized qualitative and quantitative research, multivariate analytic techniques to manage learning agenda and improve response rates. Responsibilities grew to retain source code assignment across multiple marketing platforms for both online and offline channels; thereby absorbing inventory management and fulfillment of all membership offers. Managed team responsible for setting up external call centers. Served as an organizational thought leader in the area of membership offer execution.
