Held oversight for preparing consolidated accrual-based financial statements, analyzing variances for balance sheet and P&L accounts, planning and filing year-end taxes to maximize benefit, and orchestrating financial, 401k, and workers compensation annual audits. Administrator for insurance requirements, including self-funded medical plans, liability, and workers compensation. Liaised with Board at Director-level and eventually transitioned into building and leading Purchasing and Logistics department, handling purchasing budget in excess of $20MM.
