Scope of responsibility encompasses internal and external reporting, accounting, budget analysis, regulatory compliance, and executive presentations. Forge partnerships with banks to maintain credit lines, term loans, and covenant analysis. Develop department processes and procedures to realize efficient and cost-effective financial functions. Deliver management and leadership expertise, training and mentoring financial team to ensure timely completion of all tasks and duties. Establish budget models to align source and distribution plans.
