Daily Duties at Braxton Technologies, Llc:

I was hired lead the conduct an evaluation of a training framework for applicability and functional capability to support the new GPS program. The evaluation included a detailed review of all training requirements, the training framework application requirements, and analyzing the product against the requirements. The analysis was completed and a proposal was developed and submitted that indicated our company could provide the needed interface with the training framework to meet most of the training requirements while still utilizing the framework that was prescribed by senior leadership in Air Force Space Command. The prime contractor did not wish to implement any solution, however. I moved to system requirements evaluations, proposal writing, and proposal lead for the same program. Moved to a new program providing systems engineering, technical writing, quality assurance, and configuration management support.

Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
