Daily Duties at University Of Oklahoma:

• Administrator/Supervisor --Oversee the organization, development and operation of a student leadership program (150 members) and supervisor of one full-time assistant • Career Development – Create opportunities for students to gain work and leadership experience and build employable skills through a variety of networking opportunities • Recruiter – Recruit prospective students for the University of Oklahoma, the Michael F. Price College of Business and the JCPenney Leadership Program; Train and retain high quality students within the Leadership Program • Manager/Organizer – Organized and directed special events for Residence Life including Big 12 Director’s Conference Transportation, Southwest Affiliate of College and University Residence Hall Regional Conference, Housing Internship Co-Op Career Fairs and “Sooner Saturday” -- OU’s largest recruiting day for prospective students • Administrator/Supervisor/Leader - Responsible for 1,400 University of Oklahoma residents, 45 staff members and all daily operations of a twelve story residence hall • Knowledge of Academic Degree Program – Director of the University Housing’s Learning Center; Implemented programs on better retention rates, academic advisement and student tutoring services • Advisor – Advised numerous student organizations including: President’s Council, Citations Appeals Board, National Residence Hall Honorary, Housing Center Student Association, Couch Task Force and the Southwest Affiliate of College and University Residence Hall’s Conference
