Payment/Invoice Physical Power, Renewable Energy Credits, and Brokers purchases/sales with counterparties Request W-9 information to update vendor files Update weekly collateral statements with ERCOT Update/validate ERCOT direct charges for all involved dates in preparation of daily/weekly invoice payments Calculate and accrue Renewable Energy Credits on a monthly basis Calculate and book Bad Debt Accrual/Reserve Generate reports to reconcile the trades between two different systems on a daily basis. Generate Daily Position Reports to compare two systems Upload and verify prices and interest rates in two systems individually
