Daily Duties at Martin Brower Co.:
Scheduled and supervised the work of 40 warehouse personnel comprised of 20 drivers and 20 warehouse employees. Key distributor for 180 McDonald’s restaurants throughout PA, WV, MD, and OH. Directed all aspects of physical warehouse functions, on-time deliveries, picking/packing activities, loading, customer service, quality control, and recordkeeping. Trained new employees on proper delivery procedures, quality assurance, excellence in customer relations, and safety procedures. Interfaced extensively with Hyster Leasing Company.
