- Manage communications from inbound customer e-mails on behalf of the Collection Departments, Customer Services Department, Customer Relations Department (Customer Relations is customer services for BMW of North America... answering questions regarding the vehicles themselves) and Lease-End. - Cross-trained staff of 12 on all aspects of Collections, Customer Service, Customer Relations and Lease-End. - Served as a project manager for the collections department to help with the implementation of Siebel Customer Management Systems into the Collections Department legacy systems.
