Daily Duties at Bmw Financial Services:
- Manage the delinquency of multiple customers within specific zip codes. - Negotiate with customers to bring their vehicle lease/loan accounts current. - Responsible for managing collection letters to customers as required by state statutes. - Determine if customer is capable of keeping vehicle loan current to determine if they have had a repossession whether the vehicle should be returned to them. - Place repossession orders with multiple vendors nationwide. - Manage relationship with repossession vendors and skip-tracing companies.
