Daily Duties at Nefha, Ncaa, Usfha:

Remain knowledgeable of current FIH rules and regulations. This includes maintaining knowledge of updated national/international rules of the game and umpiring requirements, attending umpiring seminars and clinics, and pass the Chief Technical Umpire's evaluations. Through extreme and constant preparation, maintain my fitness level and sport familiarty in order to umpire collegiate, national, and elite club competitions throughout the region. As an umpire, I have the the primary responsibility for decisions in one half of the field. Also, I am the one only allowed to award a Penalty Corner, Penalty Stroke or goal in their half of the field or a Free hit in their Shooting Circle Uphold professionalism during any controversial/contentious moments throughout competitions by remaining neutral and unyeilding.
