Daily Duties at Citibank N.A.:
Responsibilities: • Design and testing of E-Billing Flat File Invoice Upload Interface with Citibank Key business users and external Suppliers • Analysis of Business and Invoicing process for key Citigroup Suppliers and Design of Supplier Adoption Plan for implementation of OEX and E-Billing. • Plan and co-ordination with Citibank Software Development Team for Oracle Financial customizations, interfaces & conversions • Analyze existing AP and PO Citigroup business processes and workflow to design solutions/workarounds • Plan and execute test plans and handling Functional Testing of various interfaces & reports for IST, UAT and E2E Testing for P2P Cycle • Integrated Invoice Exception Process and Rejection Handling Process for E-Billing • Design development and testing of Invoice Outbound Interface, supplier and employee conversion programs
